Spain Walking Football - Future Champions Sponsorship Program supports young golfer Juan José Criado Palomo
My name is Juan José Criado Palomo, and I am a dedicated amateur golf player from Alhaurín el Grande, Andalusia, Spain. I have trained for many years at Alhaurín Golf, where I developed both my technical skills and my competitive mindset. Golf has been a constant part of my life, shaping my discipline, ambition, and passion for improvement. Throughout my career, I have competed in numerous tournaments across Andalusia, achieving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes in several events. I have also won multiple local tournaments in my hometown, including the well-known Tomate Huevo de Toro Tournament and the Alhaurín el Grande Fair Tournament, experiences that have strengthened my confidence and love for competition.
Currently, I play off a 7.4 handicap, and my main objective this year is to lower it to 3, a challenge I approach with motivation and commitment. Beyond this goal, I aim to participate in as many national tournaments in Spain as possible and gradually begin competing internationally. Looking ahead, my long-term ambition is to attend a golf university in the United States and continue developing at a high competitive level, with the ultimate dream of becoming a professional golfer.
As part of this journey, I am proud to be supported by Spain Walking Football, whose sponsorship plays an important role in my development as an athlete.
“I am truly grateful to Spain Walking Football for believing in me and supporting my journey. Their sponsorship gives me extra motivation to keep improving every day and to pursue my goals with confidence and determination,” Golf is not just a sport for me—it is a long-term project, a lifestyle, and a path I am determined to follow wherever it may lead.
Sponsorship Program supports young Motorsports talent Torrin Lennon in his next steps with TCL Racing.
Rising motocross talent Torrin Lennon continues to build an impressive racing résumé as he prepares to step up to the 65cc class with TCL Racing #33 for the 2026 season. Born on the Isle of Man — an island synonymous with motorcycle racing — Torrin was immersed in motorsport culture from an early age. He began riding a trials bike at just three years old, competing by the age of four and quickly establishing himself as one of the most promising young riders in the Isle of Man youth ranks. His early years were marked by multiple championship victories across Isle of Man Youth Trials and Pevril Motorcycle Club competitions.
Alongside trials, Torrin developed his motocross skills from a young age, riding in his parents’ field and gaining invaluable seat time. This foundation helped him build exceptional balance, throttle control, and confidence on two wheels. By the age of six, he was already competing regularly against older riders, and his standout performances earned him selection to represent the Isle of Man at UK events at just seven and eight years old.
Following a family relocation to Spain, Torrin committed fully to motocross racing, adapting rapidly to new tracks, formats, and competition levels. Now based in Benahavís, he attends a local Spanish school and has integrated seamlessly into Spanish life, becoming increasingly fluent in the language. This cultural adaptation has enabled him to build strong relationships within the racing paddock and communicate confidently with teams, organisers, and fellow competitors.
The 2025 season proved to be a breakthrough year. Competing in the 50cc class, Torrin delivered consistently strong performances across a wide variety of circuits and conditions, securing both the Andalusian 50cc Championship and the Córdoba 50cc Championship — a remarkable achievement in his first full season of Spanish competition. Looking ahead into 2026, Torrin takes the next major step in his development as he moves up to the 65cc class aboard a Yamaha YZ65. The step-up will see him racing against stronger and more experienced competitors across southern Spain. Together with his father, Torrin trains two to three times per week on different circuits throughout Andalusia, continuing to build experience and race craft.

Meet our main
Future Champions Sponsor MIP
Spain Walking Football – Future Champions Sponsorship Program can announce that MIP is now one of our main sponsors providing products to our young sportsmen.
MIP Stay Grounded – About the product: When playing any kind of sport that requires you to move your feet – your shoes, socks and feet are all moving around, with nothing binding them together.
This can lead to blisters, swelling, and even the odd missing toe-nail in certain sports. It also fundamentally hinders the amount of anchorage between the body and the ground.
MIP Grip Socks solve this problem by combining a durable elasticated upper section (to attach the sock to the foot) with a carefully designed padded bottom section (to attach the sole of the sock to the shoe).
The result is increased stability, greater comfort, and more protection – which ultimately leads to better performance. After two years of careful research and development, we’re now equipped to deliver a sock that truly delivers excellence.

Our commitment to young talent
At Spain Walking Football, we are committed to developing and supporting the game at every level. This year, we are proud to launch a new initiative focused on sponsoring young talent as they begin their journey in their chosen sports.
Walking Football is one of the fastest-growing sports, offering significant physical and mental health benefits across a wide range of age groups within our communities. While our core participation demographic is women aged 40+ and men aged 50+, many of our players are parents and grandparents whose children and grandchildren aspire to succeed in a variety of sporting disciplines. In recognition of this, we are delighted to support our first three young athletes, who will receive sponsorship and guidance over the next two years. Looking ahead, our aim is to expand this programme by supporting more athletes from diverse geographical locations and socio-economic backgrounds.
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals or businesses who would like to be involved in this exciting project and join our founding sponsor, MIP.
