A select number of referees were completing their training to attain International Nations Tournament standard level qualification under the watchful eyes of Nigel Jenner, the WFA head of referees and chief assessor.
The tournament marked the final stages of a nine-month process in becoming an elite level referee and enable them to officiate in this year’s FIWFA World Nations in Torrevieja in October.
The refs who participated in their final assessments are, from top left – David Richardson, Martin Durrant, Nigel Jenner, Steve Eastwood, Mike Engeham, Alex Rak, Kevin Collins.
