Beth Aldred
As the Tournament Physiotherapist for Team Spain Walking Football, my role is to keep players fit, mobile, and performing at their best. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, with extensive experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mobility optimisation.
I have worked with teams across Europe, including football and handball, providing physiotherapy support at both club and international levels. Alongside my role with Team Spain, I currently practice in a private sports injury clinic, specialising in the treatment and prevention of sports-related injuries. My expertise extends to sports taping, concussion management, pilates rehabilitation, and dry needling, allowing me to take a well-rounded approach to injury care and performance enhancement.
My goal is to help every player stay active, recover faster, and continue enjoying the game they love. Proud to support Team Spain Walking Football on their journey to success!

With 28 years of experience in (medical) fitness, sports therapy, yoga, and pilates, I bring my expertise to help participants play safely and enjoyably. My focus is on Pain Relief, Movement Improvement and Better Health. Of course that includes injury prevention, ensuring that every player feels confident in their movement and avoids common aches and strains.
Injury Prevention & Longevity in Sport
Walking Football is a great way to stay fit, but as with any activity, taking care of your body is essential. My support includes:
- Postural assessments to identify and address imbalances.
- Soft tissue treatments like (trigger point) massages and Thai inspired treatments to release pain and tension.
- Stretching and strengthening exercises tailored to improve mobility, agility and core stability.
- Practical test- based advice on nutrition for cellular health and therefore for quick physical recovery.
