WaF4H Global (Walking Football4Health), founded in Singapore in 2016, is a global health initiative dedicated to promoting multigenerational wellness through walking football. Our commitment to regional health impact and evidence-based practice has earned us prestigious recognition, including “The International Organisation of the Year 2023” awarded by the Walking Football Association (WFA) and the prestigious “SingHealth Publish! Award” awarded by SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical

for our  walking football research.

Led by Dr Dee Dee Mahmood, WaF4H Global uniquely bridges academia, research and dynamic grassroots engagement fostering inclusivity across ages & cultures. WaF4H Global hosts landmark international events – successfully staging the innovative 2024 Land & Cruise Championship across Singapore & Phuket and the upcoming “1st in the world! Bali World Congress & Championship, 28-30 Nov 2025.

WaF4H showcases walking football for Singapore & Malaysia FA during AFC Grassroot Day 2018, 2019 & 2024. We establish strategic partnerships with Premier League clubs including Balestier Khalsa FC (Singapore) & Western United FC (Australia).
